  • France-Mail - This is perhaps France's top free E-mail service. France-Mail offers free Web-based E-mail. You may read your mail through a POP3 account, but you can't send E-mail via POP3. They offer an interesting feature in which people can leave audio messages for you (which you may listen to as WAV sound files). People can also leave messages for you via France's national Minitel computer network.
