Styled Script - Peter
Koch's C Styled Script (CSS) is a powerful, easy-to-use
free script and macro programming language that follows
the C syntax. It comes with ready-to-use libraries, not
only for system-, string- and filehandling, but also for
direct access to relational databases like DB2 and
ORACLE.

Bits: A programmer's aid - This free program helps you convert easily
from RGB to HEX values, for selecting colors for a Web
site. Bits also allows programmers to manipulate bits in
a value or convert values. BITS makes it easy to shift or
perform other operations on a 32-bit value, and to see
the results visually.
Programmer's File Editor - A free, large-capacity, multifile editor
that's a must for any programmer. Programmer's File
Editor has cool features like the ability to run
compilers and development applications (but it's an
excellent editor for any purpose, programming or
otherwise). It's very handy for fast & easy
sourcefile creation and editing. For Windows.
Hackman - Perhaps the
best free hex editor and disassembler around, Hackman is
bursting with features, including an advanced editor, a
coder and decoder. Offered in English, as well as Greek,
German and Dutch. For Windows: 3.8 megs.
Free BASIC
goodies - Future
Software is a must for BASIC enthusiasts. They offer over
200 free Qbasic and QuickBASIC programs. There's also a
search engine for other BASIC sites.

C++ Components - Do
you use Borland C++? This site offers free components for
use with your C++ programs. There's also helpful
information here about using C++ Builder and links to
helpful programming sites.
The Heinzeltools Homepage - This site offers free C++ source code and
several free programmer's utilities.
